Head of HR

Linda King is an accomplished Human Resources Leader with over 20 years' experience of fostering people first cultures and driving organisational success. Linda graduated from UCC with a Bachelor of Commerce and a postgrad Diploma in Human Resources. Linda joined the NCRI in 2021 as HR Manager before progressing to Head of HR.   

In her role as Head of HR delivers to NCRI’s strategy by aligning HR initiatives with the overall strategic goals, fostering a culture of learning and growth, and ensuring that the workforce is equipped with the skills needed to support the organisation's growth and development. 

Linda is passionate about creating inclusive environments where employees can thrive and contribute their best. This has led to several HR initiatives within the NCRI which resulted in NCRI being recognised as both a Great Place to Work (GPTW) and a Best Workplace for the last 3 years.
